1Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are PET FRIENDLY!!! We will require a pet deposit with the amount
depending upon the pet and the unit.
2What do I need to do to hold an apartment?
We only reserve apartments with a completed lease application and a deposit equal to one month’s rent. Click here to download an application.
3How much is the security deposit?
The standard security deposit requirement is equal to one month’s rent.
4Is there an application fee?
No, there is no fee for applications.
5Is renters insurance required?
Yes, we require all tenants to have a current renter’s insurance policy. We take the wellbeing of our tenants seriously and want everyone in our properties to be protected. Information on obtaining a policy can be found by calling 814-944-9231.
6When do I sign the lease?
Normally, lease signings are scheduled during the days just prior to your actual move-in date.
7How are maintenance requests handled?
We have a dedicated Repair Request Line and a full time maintenance crew. Emergencies are handled immediately and routine requests are scheduled with the tenant.
8When is trash day?
Trash pick-up days vary based upon your specific location.
